MOVEMENT (EXERCISE & MOBILITY)
Most people still think their major “why” is to look better. The reality is that most people over the age of 35 don’t move without compensation or pain. I will teach you to shift your Mindset to building foundational strength to correct or help heal existing ailments, which in the end will result in moving better with less pain
You will have access to healthy recipes that will generate sustainable energy throughout the day because what you eat has a direct correlation on energy levels. Hydration will be a main component of nutrition as well. You can’t have energy and a clear mind if you aren’t properly hydrated.
Next to poor nutrition, this is the area that most lack. Without adequate recovery (sleep, stress management, stretching, massage techniques, etc.), it doesn’t matter how good your exercise routine or nutrition is. Just like our automobiles, we must maintain our bodies and minds daily if we expect them to perform for many years to come.

Here’s what you will receive when you sign up for the “Prepare to Dominate” Online Challenge:
This will be the 1st thing you complete to find out where you are. You must know where you are initially so we can reassess in 8 weeks and determine how much better you have gotten.
There will be 5 Workouts per week delivered via our App. The workout will contain thorough exercise descriptions and instructional videos. You will record the metrics such as weight used (if any), repetitions (if different than prescribed), time, etc. There will be 3 strength and 2 cardiovascular based workouts. If you can’t complete all of the recommended workouts each, just work up to the best of your ability.
If you don’t know what your current resting metabolic rate is, we will use a formula to figure out the best estimate. This along with activity level factored in, will determine an ideal daily caloric intake for you. There will be recipes which include foods you enjoy eating. Nothing worse than someone recommending you eat foods that you don’t enjoy eating, because it is not sustainable long term and sets you up for failure. This has to be a plan that is sustainable for the rest of your life. Too many people choose the latest fad diet, lose bodyfat over a couple of months, then resort back to their old dietary habits and gain it all back and then some.
Support Group (a private Facebook group)
You will receive a link to a private Facebook support group. This will allow you to read and hopefully interact with others that have similar goals as you. We all know that it is easier to make positive changes in lifestyle when you have the support of your tribe!

- Select Workout Program (bodyweight/household implements only, Kettlebell/Dumbbell, Gym)
- Accept invitation to join the Bridge Athletic App; download App, create an account, receive workouts
- Access Nutrition information, figure out Resting Metabolic Rate, Request access to private Facebook group
- Take before pictures (front, side, rear and bodyweight while standing on scale) with minimal clothing while holding a legible dated newspaper or providing a date stamp to verify current day and submit electronically. Daniel Finn, owner of F3 FUNctional Fitness will be the only one that has access to the photos
- Follow the process for 8 weeks to success
- Submit after photos @ end of challenge (front, side, rear and bodyweight while standing on scale)
- Winners are determined based on weight lost and/or muscle gained, and before & after transformation photos
